We're walking in the air

Blimey - the local kids were up early this morning. I don't know if a bit of snow equates to no school for London's youth, but walking through Wandsworth Common at about 8:30 this morning, the scene was swarming with armies of snowmen. This one actually had coal for eyes and a carrot for a nose.

Running hungry

I'm just wondering if running in the morning before breakfast makes you more hungry? I went for a run this morning and then got to work and had my usual bowl of bran flakes. Felt really hungry ever since.
