Codegent is a full service web development new media agency, based in clapham, london, uk, that specialise in flash design and development work and helped pioneer the open source red5 flash server.

We have been working with serial entrepreneur, celebrity and all-round babe Sarah Beeny on a few projects now. After setting up an initial portal for her various projects we have mostly been doing educational animations for her property site completingchains.com. Moving house has never been so easy!
